Welcome to Lord Krishna Helpline
Dear members of the Lord Krishna community on Orkut.com, our existing community Lord Krishna is not serving its purpose of allowing a wider platform for discussion about Shri Krishna. We have created this site to allow people from outside of Orkut to be a part of our web community on Lord Krishna. This, unlike orkut.com is not a closed community. It is a place where everyone from the world over can come, share opinions and knowledge related to Lord Krishna.
Please keep your ideas coming in regarding what else you would like to see on LordKrishna.info.

About Lord Krishna
Lord Krishna is considered to be the eighth avatar of Lord Vishnu. His recitations to Arjun on the battlefields of Mahabharata formed the Bhagwad Gita.
The main objective of Gita is to help people struggling in the darkness of ignorance cross the ocean of transmigration and reach the spiritual shore of liberation while living and working in the society. The central teaching of the Gita is the attainment of freedom from the bondage of life by doing ones duty.
The congregational chanting of the maha-mantra, Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare, is accepted by the Vedas as the most effective means of self-purification in this age.
When one realizes Him by His grace, the knots of ignorance are loosened, all doubts and confusion are dispelled, and all Karma is exhausted.
